Hire the person who can see the whole digital job through.

I help businesses and agencies work out what is actually holding a website, launch or marketing project back—and then lead the work needed to fix it.

Where I am useful

Something important is stuck, scattered or underperforming.

You may already have a website, a marketing supplier, a developer or an internal team. The problem is that the pieces are not lining up. People are busy, but nobody has a clear view of what should happen next—or owns the work from decision to launch.

01
Your website no longer explains the business properly.

It may look acceptable, but visitors still struggle to understand what you do, why it matters or what they should do next.

02
Marketing activity is not producing enough useful enquiries.

Traffic, posts and reports are coming in, but the commercial result is weak or difficult to trace.

03
A launch or rebuild is moving between too many people.

The designer, developer, writer and decision-makers are all waiting on one another.

04
Your team needs experienced digital leadership, not another task list.

You need someone who can ask the right questions, make sense of the options and keep delivery moving.

What I actually do

Find the real job. Shape it properly. Get it delivered.

I do not begin by pushing a service package. I begin with the business situation, the customer and the decision that needs to be made.

01

Understand what is wrong

I review the business, customers, current website, competitors, marketing activity and internal constraints.

Output: a plain-English view of the real problem.
02

Decide what matters now

I separate the important work from the long wishlist and agree what success should look like.

Output: clear priorities and a sensible route forward.
03

Shape the project

I turn the direction into a structure, scope, content plan, responsibilities, milestones and realistic budget.

Output: a project people can understand and deliver.
04

Lead the moving parts

I coordinate designers, developers, writers, platforms and stakeholders without turning the process into unnecessary administration.

Output: decisions made, blockers removed and progress visible.
05

Make the digital journey work

This can include the website, search structure, content, forms, CRM, email, booking, ecommerce or campaign landing pages.

Output: a connected customer journey, not isolated deliverables.
06

Launch with control

I check the work, organise handover, document the important parts and leave a practical next-step plan.

Output: a usable asset the business can continue to improve.

Three ways to work together

Choose the route that fits why you are here.

HireMeOnline is designed to stay personal and controlled. It can support a business directly, strengthen an agency quietly or lead to the right long-term role.

For established businesses that have outgrown the way they currently present, market or manage themselves online.

  • Website strategy, redesign or rebuild
  • Positioning and clearer service messages
  • SEO structure and useful content planning
  • Lead, booking, CRM or ecommerce journeys
  • End-to-end project leadership

For agencies

Add experienced capacity without another full-time hire.

I can work behind your brand or alongside your team when a client project needs stronger thinking, structure or ownership.

  • Research, audits and opportunity reviews
  • Website and SEO scoping
  • Proposal and pitch support
  • Content and delivery planning
  • Project management and selected client calls

Project fit: smaller reviews and scoping work can be agreed separately. Substantial implementation projects normally begin around £10,000, because they involve strategy, production, coordination and delivery—not just a few new pages.

Why work with me

You are hiring the person doing the thinking—not a handover chain.

My experience sits between business, marketing, websites and delivery. That means I can speak to the owner about the commercial problem, work with creative and technical specialists, and keep the project understandable for everyone involved.

Direct involvement

The person who helps diagnose the problem stays involved when the work is being built and reviewed.

Honest recommendations

I will say when the business does not need a rebuild, a new campaign or another expensive tool.

Useful specialists, only when needed

Designers, developers, writers or technical partners can support the work, but they are selected around the project rather than kept busy to feed overhead.

Clear boundaries

Scope, responsibilities, communication, milestones and costs are agreed in writing before substantial delivery begins.

A truthful professional history

I built and led Rozzario across Malaysia and international markets. Rozzario Sdn Bhd ceased operations in July 2026. Selected work and research remain as a historical portfolio, while HireMeOnline is my current personal professional platform.

Selected experience

Work that connects the business need to the digital delivery.

The examples below show the type of problem I have worked on. Full case studies should state my exact role, actions and outcomes rather than presenting every result as the work of one person.

Hospitality & direct booking

Turning a static website into a clearer route to direct enquiries and bookings.

Work included customer and search-intent structure, service and location content, booking journeys, campaign pages and coordination across website, content and enquiry handling.

B2B & technical services

Making a complex offer easier for decision-makers to understand and trust.

Work included positioning, website architecture, proposal direction, sector proof, project planning and the translation of technical capability into useful commercial messages.

Local organisations & trades

Building practical websites that help local customers make contact quickly.

Work included mobile-first page structures, service areas, forms, maps, trust information, maintenance fixes and clear handover for smaller teams.

Agency & white-label delivery

Helping agencies strengthen research, scoping, proposals and client delivery.

Support can cover background research, website reviews, SEO direction, content planning, project coordination and client-facing explanation without taking ownership of the agency relationship.

How a project starts

No theatre. Just a clear decision about what needs doing.

Tell me what is happening

Start with the business problem, the current situation and what has already been tried. You do not need to arrive with a finished brief.

We decide whether there is a fit

I will ask enough to understand the scale, urgency, decision-makers, available material and likely budget.

I review before prescribing

For substantial work, the first paid stage is normally a focused review, discovery or scoping exercise rather than jumping straight into production.

You receive a plain-English scope

The proposal explains the problem, recommended work, what is not included, responsibilities, milestones, timing and fees.

Delivery happens in controlled stages

Important decisions are made early, work is reviewed at agreed points and changes are handled openly rather than hidden until the end.

Questions people ask

Useful answers before we speak.

Are you an agency?

HireMeOnline is a small independent practice led directly by me, Nabeel Shafique. I may bring in a suitable specialist when the work requires it, but you keep one accountable lead and a clear view of who is doing what.

What does a project normally cost?

Reviews, workshops and scoping can be priced separately. A substantial implementation involving strategy, a website or platform, content, systems and delivery leadership normally begins around £10,000. The exact fee depends on the job, not a pre-set package.

Do you only build websites?

No. A website may be part of the answer, but sometimes the real issue is the offer, message, content, search structure, enquiry process, internal ownership or the way several suppliers are working together.

Can you work with our current team or suppliers?

Yes. I can lead the whole project or work between the business, agency, developer, designer, writer and internal stakeholders. Responsibilities need to be clear from the start.

Can you work under our agency brand?

Yes. White-label work can be delivered under agreed confidentiality, client ownership and non-solicitation terms. I do not approach an agency's clients independently.

Are you also looking for a permanent role?

Yes. I am open to the right UK role across digital projects, websites, marketing operations, content and SEO, brand, ecommerce or inbound business development. Independent work remains limited and non-conflicting.

Where are you based?

I am based in Portsmouth, Hampshire. I can work locally, remotely across the UK and with selected international clients or agency partners.

Do you guarantee rankings, leads or revenue?

No. I can improve the quality of the strategy, website, content, delivery and measurement, but no honest consultant can guarantee how search platforms, markets or customers will respond.

Start with the real problem

Tell me what is stuck.

You may need a new website, a better plan, stronger delivery or an experienced person inside the team. We can work that out before anyone sells you the wrong thing.
