What is Hiremeonline?
Hiremeonline is a website for self employed and freelance workers to advertise themselves to
members of the public who are looking for a specific tradesperson, on a specific day.
They need only to advertise for the days they are free, without commitment like other
conventional methods.
Who’s it for
The self employed to advertise, and customers to find good trades people, so everyone with
access to the net is a potential user of the website, either as a worker or a customer.

How does it work?
Workers place adverts for their trade in advance for the days they are not already booked up,
along with their fee. Customers looking for that particular trades person will look for
someone who is close to their area and can choose between the current list for suitability
of time etc. They then book the person online, no need for any phone calls. Contact can
then be by phone or email. Once the job or service has been done, feedback can be left for
others to view, whether it is good, bad or indifferent. This acts as a recommendation.
The higher a persons feedback score, the more likely they will be booked in the future.
